You can modify or cancel your order before it is shipped. Contact us as soon as possible with your tracking number.
We accept return or exchange requests only when you receive a wrong or damaged product. In that case we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Approved refunds are issued using your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are arranged directly with you.
